The annual "Chariots of Fire" competition was held at Boards and Swords Hobbies in Derby over the weekend of the 6th/7th September. There were 12 players which is a welcome increase on the previous 2 years which have had somewhat low attendance. As ever the games were excellent. So this would allow a wide range of quite diverse armies. Also there was a special "Elephant King" prize for the Commander whose army killed the most Elephants.   The fourth running of the MeG "Ice and Fire" competition took place over the weekend of 11th/12th January.
